遵义市习水县虫草属药用真菌的菌株分离与鉴定

摘要 目的:对遵义习水县虫草属药用真菌的菌株进行分离与鉴定,为进一步开发利用虫草奠定基础。方法:以遵义习水县所采集到的虫草属子实体为研究对象,采用组织分离法分离虫草菌株并纯化,ITS基因序列鉴定结合子实体标本鉴定分离的纯培养物。结果:从遵义习水共得到6株虫草属药用真菌菌株,编号56b-1、SW57b两株菌株为高雄山虫草(Cordyceps takaomontana Yakush.&Kumaz);编号67、CZ270、SL215三株菌株为蝉花(Cordyceps cicadae(Miq.)Massee);编号SL219为爪哇虫草(Cordyceps javanica(Bally)Kepler, B.Shrestha&Spatafora)。结论:遵义习水县野生虫草属药用真菌资源丰富。 We isolated and identified the medicinal Cordyceps strains from Xishui, Zunyi, so as to lay the foundation for further development and utilization of Cordyceps.The Cordyceps strains were isolated and purified by tissue isolation method, and the pure culture was identified by ITS gene sequence identification combined with fruiting body specimen identification.Six Cordyceps strains were obtained from Xishui, Zunyi.Strains 56b-1 and SW57b were identified as Cordyceps takaomontana Yakush.& Kumaz;strains 67,CZ270 and SL215 were identified as Cordyceps cicadae(Miq.)Massee;strain SL219 was identified as Cordyceps javanica(Bally)Kepler, B.Shrestha & Spatafora.The research results indicate that there are abundant medicinal Cordyceps resources in Xishui, Zunyi.
