摘要
目的:研究苗药苦皮藤石油醚部位化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和重结晶进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据结合文献鉴定其结构。结果:从苦皮藤根石油醚部位中分离鉴定得到6个化合物:13,14-dihydroxy-8,11,13-podocarpatrien-7-one(1)、β-香树脂醇(2)、9(11),12-dieneoleana-3β-ol(3)、Friedelin(4)、4-二甲基庚二酸(5)、正十六烷酸(6)。结论:从苦皮藤石油醚部位中分离得到6个化合物,包括4个萜类、2个脂肪酸,其中化合物1-6为首次苦皮藤中获得。
To investigate the chemical constituents of Celastrus angulatus,the compounds were obtained and purified by silica gel column and recrystallization, and their structures were identified based on their spectral data combined with literature.Six compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extract of the root of Celastrus angulatus,and identified as 13,14-dihydroxy-8,11,13-podocarpatrien-7-one(1),β-amyrin(2),9(11),12-dieneoleana-3β-ol(3),friedelin(4),4-dimethylpime lic acid(5),and n-hexadecanoic acid(6).All the compounds are isolated from Celastrus angulatus for the first time.
