电厂智慧监盘及预警诊断平台研究 被引量:2

摘要 电站设备由于长期在振动、磨损、高温等较为恶劣的环境中运行容易发生故障,且设备在发生故障的早期阶段具有隐蔽性,从而对运行人员监控机组状态产生干扰,无法在设备故障早期阶段做出预警,就会影响运行人员的判断,造成重大损失。因此对电厂设备进行在线监测与故障早期预警,是保障电站设备运行可靠性以及建设现代智慧电厂的重要手段。对此本文利用电站DCS系统中存储的热工过程数据,基于神经网络算法将设备测点组合抽象为预警模型,采用模块化设计,开发了燃煤火电智慧监盘及预警诊断平台。实践表明,该平台可以在设备劣化阶段早期迅速报警,通过Web端通知现场运行人员,真正实现了燃煤火电智慧监盘。
