摘要
为充分了解TOPEVER防水粘结体系的性能,从拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、低温柔性、200℃高温老化、层间粘结强度以及铺装组合结构的粘结强度等方面,系统研究了材料的力学性能及层间粘结性能,并探讨了体系中MMA防水材料的反应机理。试验结果表明:1)防水材料拉伸强度为15.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为257.7%,200℃高温老化后无流淌、滑落;2)邵氏硬度(邵D)为60.1,防腐层与钢基面的粘结强度为21.53 MPa,防水层与钢基面的粘结强度为8.53 MPa,铺装组合结构的粘结强度为1.74 MPa。结论是TOPEVER防水粘结体系与国外同类型产品相比具有一定优势,可作为钢桥面铺装防水粘结体系的主流选择。
In order to fully understand the performance of TOPEVER waterproof bonding system,the mechanical properties and interlayer bonding properties of the materials were studied systematically in terms of tensile strength,break elongation,low temperature flexibility,high temperature aging at 200℃,interlayer bond strength and bonding strength of pavement composite structure.The reaction mechanism of MMA waterproof material in the system was also discussed.The experiment results show that the tensile strength of the waterproof material is 15.5 MPa;the break elongation is 257.7%;the waterproof material has no flow or slip after high temperature aging at 200℃;the shore hardness(Shore D)is 60.1.The bond strength between the anti-corrosion layer and the steel base surface is 21.53 MPa.The bond strength between the waterproof layer and the steel base surface is 8.53 MPa.The bond strength of the pavement composite structure is 1.74 MPa.Compared with foreign products of the same type,TOPEVER waterproof bonding system has certain advantages,which can be used as the mainstream choice of waterproof bonding system for steel bridge deck pavement.
