移栽方式对烤烟根系发育及品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了构建适宜泸州烟区烤烟品种的移栽方式,以中川208为供试品种,考察了常规井窖式移栽、改良井窖式移栽、杯罩式移栽和膜下小苗移栽4种移栽方式对团棵期烤烟农艺性状、根系发育、相关抗氧化酶活性和烤后烟叶常规化学成分的影响。结果表明:与常规井窑式移栽相比,改良井窖式移栽、杯罩式移栽和膜下小苗移栽均有利于烤烟大田期根系的生长发育,在生产中能作为改变移栽方式与提高产质量相结合的手段;其中,杯罩式移栽方式的效果最好,在促进地上部生长和根系生长方面有明显的优势,在生理指标上,能显著增强移栽后烟株的抗氧化酶活性,提高烟株的抗逆性,从而促进烟株的生长发育,使烤后烟叶的化学成分更加协调。因此,建议泸州烟区结合实际情况合理改变烟苗移栽方式,有效促进大田烟苗早生快发,产出生态优质烟叶。 In order to construct a suitable transplanting method for tobacco varieties in Luzhou tobacco region,Zhongchuan 208was used as the test variety to investigate the effects of four transplanting methods,including conventional well-cellar transplanting,improved well-cellar transplanting,cup-type transplanting and seedling transplanting under film,on tobacco agronomic traits,root development and related antioxidant enzyme activities at the cluster stage,and conventional chemical components of cured tobacco.The results showed that compared with the conventional well-cellar transplanting,the improved well-cellar transplanting,the cup-type transplanting and the seedling transplanting under film were all beneficial to the root growth and development of tobacco in the field,and could be used as a means to change the transplanting mode and improve tobacco yield and quality in production.Among them,the cup-type transplanting method has the best effect with obvious advantages in promoting the aboveground growth and root growth;in terms of physiological indicators,it can significantly enhance the antioxidant enzyme activity and improve stress resistances of transplanted tobacco plants,thus promoting their growth and development,and making the chemical components of the cured tobacco more harmonious.Therefore,it is suggested that Luzhou tobacco region should reasonably change the transplanting mode of tobacco seedlings based on the actual situation,so as to effectively promote the early growth and rapid development of tobacco seedlings in the field,and produce ecological high-quality tobacco leaves.
