摘要
为探索水稻二化螟绿色防控技术,应用性信息素迷向技术,于2021年对武冈市晚稻二化螟进行了防治。通过对各处理二化螟成虫诱捕量、枯鞘率、枯心率及产量的调查,评价其对二化螟的防控效果。结果表明:性信息素能显著降低二化螟成虫诱捕量(P<0.05),性信息素安装后0~42 d干扰率达95.28%~97.17%,安装42 d后干扰效果有所下降;在第42天更换1次性信息素后能持续起效,更新后干扰率可达92.52%及以上;从枯鞘率来看,各处理间差异不显著,但性信息素处理区的枯鞘率较低,表明其对防止二化螟为害有一定效果,其中8月24日和9月7日,仅用性信息素防治的处理防效达31.03%~40.22%;从枯心率来看,性信息素的防效与农药防效相当,但二者结合使用效果更好、更稳定,成熟期防效达62.34%;使用性信息素的处理能间接增加水稻产量,增产率在10.00%以上。由此可知,应用性信息素迷向技术干扰二化螟成虫交配,防治效果明显,结合1~2次农药防治,能有效防治二化螟为害。
In order to explore the green control technology of rice stem borer(Chilo suppressalis),this study applied the sex pheromone mating disruption technology to control the late rice stem borer in Wugang City in 2021.The control effect on rice stem borer was evaluated by investigating the number of baited moths,the rate of withered sheath,the rate of withered heart and the yield of each treatment.The results showed that sex pheromones significantly(P<0.05)reduced the number of baited moths by the traps,with the interference rate reaching 95.28%-97.17%in the first 42 days,thereafter the effect decreased;after the sex pheromone tablet was replaced on the 42nd day,it continued work with the interference rate of more than 92.52%.In terms of withered sheath rate,there was no significant difference among the treatments,however,it was low in the sex pheromone treatment areas,demonstrating a certain control effect on Chilo suppressalis;on August 24 and September 7,the control effect of only using sex pheromone was 31.03%and 40.22%,respectively.From the perspective of withered heart rate,the control effect of sex pheromones was equivalent to that of pesticides.But the control effect of sex pheromones combined with pesticides was better and stabler,reaching 62.34%at maturity stage.At the same time,the treatment with sex pheromones indirectly increased the yield of rice by more than 10.00%.In conclusion,the application of sex pheromone mating disruption technology to interfere with the mating of adult Chilo suppressalis has obvious control effect when combined with pesticide application 1-2 times.
