《文心雕龙·隐秀》的完整性及其补文问题——兼论《岁寒堂诗话》所引《隐秀》之佚文

On the Integrity and Supplement of Yinxiu Chapter in Wenxin Diaolong—Also Concerning the Lost Text Quoted in Suihantang Shihua

《文心雕龙·隐秀》篇的补文真伪问题历来受到关注,但很少有人提出该篇的完整性问题;换言之,研究者一般认为现存《隐秀》篇肯定是残缺的、很不完整的,只是补文真伪存在问题。实际上,《隐秀》篇补文的研究有三个密切相关的问题:首先是《隐秀》篇的完整性问题,其次才是四百字补文的真伪问题,第三则是该篇其他佚文的真伪问题。笔者认为,《文心雕龙》之《隐秀》篇在完整性上或有欠缺,但很可能没有以往想象得那么严重;对明代所补的四百余字,基本可以确定其并非刘勰原作;对除此之外的其他佚文,亦应仔细甄别,不可贸然相信。要之,居今而言,《隐秀》篇的文本,当以元至正本为根本遵从。

In the study of Yinxiu chapter in Wenxin Diaolong,the authenticity of the supplementary text has received great attention,yet the integrity of the surviving text has rarely been discussed.In other words,the extant Yinxiu chapter is generally believed to be fragmentary,thus the only doubt is whether the supplementary text is authentic or not.However,there are three closely-related issues in the study concerning supplementary text of the Yinxiu chapter.The integrity of the Yinxiu chapter comes first,then the authenticity of the 400-character supplement,finally the authenticity of other lost texts.This paper holds that the integrity of the Yinxiu chapter may be impaired,but not as seriously as previously thought.It can be inferred that the 400-character text supplemented in the Ming dynasty is not Liu Xie's original work.Other so-called lost texts should not be adopted without careful consideration either.For now,the text of the Yinxiu chapter should depend primarily on the Yuan Zhizheng edition.
