摘要
教育强国是教育综合实力、培养能力、国际影响力与竞争力具有突出地位和强大影响的国家。英国、法国、德国、美国是世界教育强国,各自发展历程不同而又殊途同归。因其文化同根、价值同源,具有典型性、代表性和相近性;因其历史背景、国家利益不同,表现出差异性、多样性和竞争性。以历史脉络为线索,结合世界经济社会发展及各国教育发展的关键要素和关键事件,从教育强国形成的核心要素、实践路径、演进机制和典型经验四个维度,从前期酝酿、集聚能量、创新成长、实现超越四个阶段,对教育强国形成演进和持续发展的动力机制、典型经验、战略优势和风险应对进行深度研究分析,探寻揭示教育强国的历史逻辑、实践逻辑、学理逻辑和未来逻辑,以期更加准确科学地把握教育强国形成演进的规律特点和追求卓越的未来向路,为加快建成中国式现代化教育强国提供经验与模式借鉴。
An education power indicates a country with a prominent position and a strong influence in terms of comprehensive educational strengths,the ability to cultivate talents,international influence and competitiveness. The UK,France,Germany and the US,which are education powers in the world,have different processes of development but similar destinations. Owing to their similar sources of culture and value,they have typical,representative and similar features;owing to their different historical backgrounds and national interests,they have different,diverse and competitive characteristics. This study,based on the historical context,the key elements and events of the world’s economic and social development and educational development in various countries,four dimensions for the building of an education power(core elements,practical paths,mechanisms of evolution,and typical experience),and four stages in the building of an education power(early incubation,energy accumulation,innovation and growth,and the achievement of transcendence),makes an in-depth analysis of the dynamic mechanism,typical experience,strategic advantages and reactions to risks in the evolution and sustainable development of an education power,and makes an exploration into the logics of history,practice,theories,and the future for the building of an education power,so that we can have a more accurate and more scientific understanding of the law for the evolution of an education power and the future approaches in pursuit of excellence,and provide experience and models for the acceleration of the building of a modern socialist education power with Chinese characteristics.
