慢性乙型肝炎患者血清miR-375和miR-155与miR-629的表达及临床意义

Expressions of serum miR-375,miR-155 and miR-629 in patients with chronic hepatitis B and clinical significance

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者微小核糖核酸-375(miR-375)、miR-155、miR-629的表达及意义。方法选择2019年7月-2021年5月阜阳市人民医院收治的84例慢性乙型肝炎患者纳入病例组;另选取同期于医院体检的健康者84名设为对照组。病例组根据病情程度进一步分为CHB轻度组(24例)、CHB中度组(34例)、CHB重度组(26例)。比较病例组、对照组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)含量。比较病例组、对照组,以及CHB轻度组、CHB中度组、CHB重度组的血清中miR-375、miR-155、miR-629的相对表达量。结果病例组ALT、AST、ALB、IL-6、TGF-β1高于对照组,IFN-γ低于对照组(P<0.05);病例组血清中miR-375、miR-155、miR-629水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);不同病情程度患者血清miR-375、miR-155、miR-629水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病情越严重,以上指标水平越高。结论CHB患者血清中miR-375、miR-155、miR-629呈高水平表达状态,相关检测有助于评价肝功能状态、炎症水平及病情严重程度。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression and significance of miR-375,miR-155 and miR-629 in patients with chronic Hepatitis B Virus.METHODS A total of 84 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from Jul.2019 to May 2021 were selected and included in the case group.Eighty-four healthy subjects who were examined at the hospital during the same period were selected and set as control group.The case group was further divided into mild CHB group(24 cases),moderate CHBgroup(34 cases)and severe CHB group(26 cases)according to the severity ofthe disease.The contents of serum ALT,AST,ALB,IL-6,TGF-β1 and IFNbetween case group and control group were compared.The relative expression levels of miR-375,miR-155 and miR-629 in serum between the case group and the control group,as well as the mild,moderate and severe CHB groups were compared.RESULTS The levels of ALT,AST,ALB,IL-6 and TGF-β1 in case group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the level of IFN-was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The relative expression levels of miR-375,miR-155 and miR-629 in serum of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in serum levels of miR-375,miR-155 and miR-629 among patients with different severity of disease were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the more severe the disease,the higher the levels of the above indicators.CONCLUSION The serum miR-375,miR-155 and miR-629 in CHB patients were highly expressed,and relevant detection was helpful to evaluate the status of liver function,inflammation levels and severity of the disease.
