摘要
为验证高压开关静电接触面冷喷涂铜涂层替代银镀层的可行性,采用电子万能试验机对经过镀银、冷喷涂铜涂层2种表面处理的试验样件施加一定压力,并通过微电阻测试仪对其接触电阻进行测量,分析不同表面处理对样件的接触电阻的影响,然后对经过2种不同表面处理的导体在252 kV GIL样机上进行了温升试验验证。试验结果表明:冷喷涂铜涂层电接触面的接触电阻较小,温升试验的温升值也比镀银电接触面的低,表明冷喷涂铜涂层可替代静电接触面镀银处理,降低高压开关的制造成本。
In order to verify the feasibility of replacing silver layer with cold sprayed copper coating on the static electrical contact surface of high voltage switch,an electronic universal testing machine was used to apply certain pressure on the test samples with surface treatments of silver plating and cold sprayed copper coating,and the contact resistance of such samples was measured by micro-resistance tester,the influence of different surface treatments on the contact resistance of samples was analyzed,and then the temperature rise test of conductors with two different surface treatments was carried out on 252 kV GIL prototype.Results showed that the contact resistance of electrical contact surface with cold sprayed copper coating was lower,and the temperature rise value obtained from the temperature rise test was also lower than that of silver plated electric contact surface,indicating that the cold sprayed copper coating can replace the silver plating treatment on the electrostatic contact surface and reduce the manufacturing cost of high-voltage switch.
