摘要
为解决新疆番茄生产产量及果实品质降低的问题,以新疆主栽品种无限生长型杂交番茄品系‘松田粉玉’和‘松田粉娜’为试验材料,研究不同营养条件下限根栽培对番茄果实可溶性糖、可滴定酸、VC、番茄红素含量等内在品质,单果质量、果实硬度等外在品质以及产量的影响,探讨限根栽培在番茄生产上的可行性。结果发现:限根栽培对杂交番茄品系‘松田粉玉’和‘松田粉娜’产量和品质均有显著的影响。普通栽培模式下,尤其是普通模式低营养或高营养条件下,番茄生长竞争强烈;同一品系在同一营养条件下,不同番茄树果实品质和产量差异均较大,即商品性低,影响果实产量和品质;与普通栽培模式相比,限根栽培能够显著提高番茄产量,改善果实品质。综上,限根栽培是番茄较理想的新型栽培模式。
In order to solve the problem of reducing the yield and quality of tomato production in Xinjiang, taked the main varieties infinite growth hybrid tomato lines ′Songtianfenyu′ and ′Songtianfenna′ as the research materials, the effects of root restriction cultivation under different nutritional conditions on the internal quality of tomato fruit, such as soluble sugar, titratable acid, VC and lycopene content, external quality such as single fruit weight, fruit hardness and yield were studied, the feasibility of root restriction cultivation in tomato production was discussed. The results showed that root restriction cultivation had significant effects on the yield and quality of hybrid tomato lines ′Songtianfenyu′ and ′Songtianfenna′. Under the general cultivation mode, especially under the low nutrition or high nutrition conditions of the general mode, the tomato growth competition was strong. The fruit quality and yield of the same strain under the same nutrition conditions were significantly different, the commodity was low, which affected the fruit yield and quality.Compared with the general cultivation mode, root restriction cultivation significantly increased tomato yield and improved fruit quality.To sum up, root restriction cultivation can be seen that it is an ideal new cultivation mode of tomato.
