摘要
利用阿维菌素可溶液剂药肥兼顾的优点,采用灌根的方法,开展其对保护地番茄生长及根结线虫防治的研究。结果表明:在90、75、60 L·hm^(-2)3个施用量下,0.5%的阿维菌素可溶液剂药肥均对番茄生长具有明显促进作用,株高、茎粗、根鲜质量和根干质量均显著高于空白对照,其中90 L·hm^(-2)施用量的促生作用接近于20%噻唑膦水乳剂11.25 L·hm^(-2)+含腐植酸大量元素水溶肥(CK2)的。该药肥均对根结线虫具有较好的防治效果,在处理35 d时,3个施用量下的防治效果分别达到71.38%、65.70%、60%;处理65 d后防治效果分别为65%、40%、30.70%。90 L·hm^(-2)的施用量较其他2个用药量对根结线虫防治效果最好,与CK2的防治效果差异不显著。因此,0.5%阿维菌素可溶液剂药肥90 L·hm^(-2)的施用量符合生产上推广应用要求。
In this paper, we used the advantages of avermectin SL mixed fertilizer control root knot nematodes in tomatoes in protected areas by root irrigation.The results showed that 0.5% avermectin SL 90 L·hm^(-2)、0.5% avermectin SL 75 L·hm^(-2)and 0.5% avermectin SL 60 L·hm^(-2)had significant promotion effect on tomato growth. Avermectin SL mixed fertilizer had a significant role in promoting the plant growth,plant height,stem diameter,fresh weight of root,dry weight of root,and there was a significant difference with blank control. 0.5% avermectin SL 90 L·hm^(-2)effect plant growth promoting close to fosthiazate 20% EW 11.25 L·hm^(-2)mixed with macroelement water-soluble humic acid fertilizer(CK2). The result of controlling root-knot nematodes influence on plant growth showed that0.5% avermectin SL mixed fertilizer had a significant role in controlling root-knot nematodes,when tomato had been planted for 35 d,control effect of avemectin to root-knot nematodes respectively were 71.38%(90 L·hm^(-2))、65.70%(75 L·hm^(-2))and 60%(60 L·hm^(-2)),when tomato had been planted for 65 d,control effect of avemectin to root-knot nematodes respectively were 65%(90 L·hm^(-2))、40%(75 L·hm^(-2))and 30.70%(60 L·hm^(-2)).There is noobvious difference between 90 L·hm^(-2)0.5% avermectin SL and control group,and can be applied and extended in production.
