复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗消化系统中重度慢性癌性疼痛的疗效观察

Efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet in the Treatment of Moderate-Severe Chronic Cancer Pain of Digestive System

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液辅助治疗消化系统中重度慢性癌性疼痛的疗效及不良反应。方法:将2019年1月至2022年6月该院收治的60例消化系统肿瘤伴有中重度慢性癌性疼痛患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者(30例)采用盐酸羟考酮缓释片单药治疗,治疗组患者(30例)在对照组的基础上加用复方苦参注射液。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效、体力状况改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗3 d后,对照组与治疗组患者的总有效率分别为70.00%(21/30)与76.67%(23/30);治疗7 d后,对照组与治疗组患者的总有效率分别为93.33%(28/30)与96.67%(29/30),两组的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的体力状况均较用药前明显改善,但治疗组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的便秘、头晕头痛及恶心呕吐的发生率[66.67%(20/30)、23.33%(7/30)及33.33%(10/30)]均低于对照组[90.00%(27/30)、53.33%(16/30)及60.00%(18/30)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片能有效控制消化系统中重度慢性癌性疼痛,提高患者的体力状况,减轻不良反应。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of compound Kushen injection in adjuvant treatment of moderate-severe chronic cancer pain of digestive system.METHODS:Totally 60 patients with moderate-severe chronic cancer pain of digestive system admitted into this hospital from Jan.2019 to Jun.2022 were divided into control group and treatment group via random number table.The control group(n=30)was treated with Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets alone,while the treatment group(n=30)was given compound Kushen injection based on the observation group.The efficacy,improvement of physical condition and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups after treatment.RESULTS:After 3 days of treatment,the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 70.00%(21/30)and 76.67%(23/30),respectively;after 7 days of treatment,the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 93.33%(28/30)and 96.67%(29/30),respectively,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,patients’physical condition were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,but the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidences of constipation(66.67%,20/30),dizziness and headache(23.33%,7/30),nausea and vomiting(33.33%,10/30)in the treatment group were lower than those in the observation group(90.00%,27/30;53.33%,16/30;60.00%,18/30),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Compound Kushen injection combined with Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets can control moderate-severe chronic cancer pain of digestive system,improve patients’physical condition and relieve adverse drug reactions.
