针刺通过TLR4/NF-κB信号通路调控炎症反应治疗中枢神经系统疾病的作用机制研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 以Toll样受体-4(TLR4)/核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路调控炎症反应为切入点,阐述针刺治疗缺血性脑卒、脊髓损伤、帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病等中枢神经系统疾病的作用机制。针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中的机制为通过抑制TLR4/NF-κB信号通路,抑制小胶质细胞激活和炎症因子释放,从而发挥神经保护作用;针刺可通过抑制NF-κB的激活,发挥抗炎作用及抗氧化应激反应,从而治疗脊髓损伤;针刺能够有效降低TLR4/NF-κB信号通路相关蛋白的表达,减少其引起的神经性炎症和黑质多巴胺能神经元的凋亡,从而治疗帕金森病;针刺治疗阿尔茨海默病的机制为通过TLR4/NF-κB信号通路抑制海马区胶质细胞的激活并降低促炎性细胞因子表达,从而减缓神经元坏死和神经元凋亡。 Based on the regulation of inflammatory response by Toll-like receptor-4(TLR4)/nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathway,this paper expounds the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke,spinal cord injury,Parkinson's disease,Alzheimer's disease and other central nervous system diseases.The mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke is to inhibit the activation of microglia and the release of inflammatory factors by inhibiting the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway to exert neuroprotective effects.Acupuncture can treat spinal cord injury by inhibiting the activation of NF-κB,exerting anti-inflammatory effect and anti-oxidative stress response.Acupuncture can effectively reduce the expression of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway related proteins,reduce the neuroinflammation and apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons in substantia nigra,so as to treat Parkinson's disease.The mechanism of acupuncture treatment of Alzheimer's disease is to inhibit the activation of glial cells in the hippocampus and reduce the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines through the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway,thereby slowing neuronal necrosis and neuronal apoptosis.
