摘要
目的:基于中医体质辨证,对已婚未产女性的盆底状况进行分析。方法:2018年5月至2020年5月收集120名已婚未产女性,对入组女性的中医体质、手测肌力、盆底电生理指标和盆腔器官脱垂分期进行收集并分析。结果:已婚未产女性盆底肌力有不同程度损伤;不同体质女性的盆底肌力及电生理指标比较,Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力及疲劳度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);偏颇体质女性的盆底静息压力和最大压力值低于平和体质女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对已婚未产女性盆底功能状况调查,其盆底肌力存在不同程度损伤,不同中医体质下Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力及疲劳度有差异,偏颇体质女性盆底的静息压力和最大压力值较平和体质显著下降。
Objective:To analyze the pelvic floor condition of married nulliparous women based on TCM constitution differentiation.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,120 married nulliparous women were collected,and the TCM constitution,hand muscle strength,pelvic floor electrophysiological indexes and POP staging of the enrolled women were collected and analyzed.Results:The pelvic floor muscle strength of married nulliparous women had different degrees of damage.There were statistically significant differences in pelvic floor muscle strength and electrophysiological indexes,typeⅡmuscle fiber strength and fatigue among women with different constitutions(P<0.05).The resting pressure and maximum pressure of married nulliparous women with biased constitution were lower than that of the balanced women(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the investigation of the pelvic floor function of married nulliparous women,the pelvic floor muscle strength has different degrees of damage.The muscle strength and fatigue of typeⅡmuscle fibers under different TCM constitutions are different.The resting pressure and maximum pressure of biased constitution are significantly lower than those of balanced constitution.
