参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床效果及对血清肿瘤标志物水平和免疫功能的影响

Clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced breast cancer and its influences on serum tumor markers levels and immune function

目的分析参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床效果及对血清肿瘤标志物水平和免疫功能的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月于我院接受治疗的100例晚期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规化疗治疗,观察组在化疗基础上给予参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果随访结束后,观察组的Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)评分低于对照组,卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访结束后,观察组的癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原125(CA125)、癌抗原153(CA153)、癌抗原199(CA199)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访结束后,观察组的白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组化疗后的轻度骨髓抑制发生率高于对照组,重度骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的客观缓解率(ORR)和疾病控制率(DCR)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌能有效控制疾病进展,缓解骨髓抑制程度,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,改善临床症状,提高免疫功能和健康状态。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced breast cancer and its influences on serum tumor markers levels and immune function.Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of chemotherapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After follow-up,the Kupperman Menopause Index(KMI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cancer antigen 125(CA125),cancer antigen 153(CA153)and cancer antigen 199(CA199)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up,the cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3^(+)),cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of mild myelosuppression after chemotherapy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of severe myelosuppression was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The objective response rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced breast cancer can effectively control the disease progression,alleviate the degree of bone marrow suppression,reduce the levels of serum tumor markers,improve clinical symptoms,and promote immune function and health status.
