济生肾气丸治疗骨质疏松症腰痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of Jisheng Shenqi pill in the treatment of low back pain due to osteoporosis

目的探讨济生肾气丸治疗骨质疏松症腰痛的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2022年6月在本院腰腿疼痛门诊诊治的80例主诉为腰痛的中老年骨质疏松患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和中药组,每组40例。对照组给予西医常规药物治疗,中药组加用济生肾气丸治疗,两组疗程均持续6个月以上。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,两组的骨密度T值与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,中药组的骨密度T值大于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的主观症状、客观体征、日常工作能力评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6个月后,两组的主观症状、客观体征、日常工作能力评分及总分均低于治疗前,且中药组低于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组的不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于单纯西药治疗,济生肾气丸结合西医基础补钙治疗骨质疏松症腰痛的安全性高,见效快,疗效好,可从整体上改善患者体质,促进恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jisheng Shenqi pill in the treatment of low back pain due to osteoporosis. Methods From January 2019 to June 2022, 80 middle-aged and elderly patients with low back pain due to osteoporosis were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and Chinese medicine group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the Chinese medicine group was added with Jisheng Shenqi pill. The course of treatment in both groups lasted for more than 6months. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in bone mineral density T value in the two groups compared with before treatment(P>0.05);after 6months of treatment, the bone mineral density T value of the Chinese medicine group was greater than that before treatment and of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in subjective symptoms, objective signs, daily work ability scores and total score between the two groups(P >0.05);after 3 and 6 months of treatment,the subjective symptoms, objective signs, daily work ability scores and total score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the Chinese medicine group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the simple use of western medicine treatment, Jisheng Shenqi pill combined with western medicine basic calcium supplement in the treatment of low back pain due to osteoporosis has high safety, quick effect and good curative effect, which can improve the patients’ physique as a whole and promote recovery. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
