分期饮食护理联合人文关怀护理对消化性溃疡合并出血患者治疗效果和生活质量的影响

Effects of staged diet nursing combined with humanistic care nursing on the treatment effect and quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage

目的探讨分期饮食护理联合人文关怀护理对消化性溃疡合并出血患者治疗效果和生活质量的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将200例消化性溃疡合并出血患者分为对照组(n=100,常规护理干预)和观察组(n=100,分期饮食护理联合人文关怀护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的出血停止时间、住院时间短于对照组,随访结束时的疾病知识认知度、健康促进生活方式量表-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)评分、治疗总依从率、护理优良率及消化系统疾病生存质量指数(GIQLI)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分期饮食护理联合人文关怀护理能有效提高消化性溃疡合并出血患者的健康行为,促进溃疡愈合,提高护理效果和患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of staged diet nursing combined with humanistic care nursing on the treatment effect and quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage. Methods Two hundred patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage were divided into control group(n =100, conventional nursing intervention) and observation group(n=100, staged diet nursing combined with humanistic care nursing) according to the random number table method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding stop time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the disease knowledge awareness, Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ) scores, total treatment compliance rate, excellent and good rate of nursing and Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GIQLI) scores of all dimensions at the end of follow-up were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The staged diet nursing combined with humanistic care nursing can effectively improve the health behavior of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with hemorrhage, promote ulcer healing, improve nursing effect and quality of life of patients.
