摘要
目的早期高压氧治疗+康复训练用于脑梗塞患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月我院收治的94例脑梗塞患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(47例,康复训练)和研究组(47例,早期高压氧治疗+康复训练)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,研究组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,功能独立性测量量表(FIM)、纽卡斯尔护理服务满意度量表(NSNS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组的髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、中枢神经特异蛋白(S100β)水平低于对照组,神经生长因子(NGF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组的Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分高于对照组,日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期高压氧治疗+康复训练对脑梗塞患者的治疗效果更佳。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of early hyperbaric oxygen therapy + rehabilitation training on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 94 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(47 cases, rehabilitation training) and study group(47 cases, early hyperbaric oxygen therapy + rehabilitation training). The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of Functional Independence Measure(FIM) and Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale(NSNS)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of myelin basic protein(MBP)and soluble protein-100β(S100β) in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of nerve growth factor(NGF) was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the Berg Balance Scale(BBS) score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Early hyperbaric oxygen therapy + rehabilitation training has better therapeutic effect on patients with cerebral infarction.
