网络药理学在中药治疗膝骨关节炎中的应用进展

Application progress of network pharmacology in knee osteoarthritis treated with traditional Chinese medicine

近年来,随着人口老龄化不断加剧,膝骨关节炎的发病率逐年上升,现在已经是全球公共卫生面临的一大难题。中药因为具有多靶点、多途径的作用,在治疗膝骨关节炎时具有巨大的优势,但是目前其具体的分子作用机制尚未明确。近年来大数据信息高速发展,网络药理学的兴起为中药研究提供了新的思路和途径,是分析和研究中药成分和作用靶点的有效方法,目前已经在中药研究领域广泛使用。本文就近5年网络药理学在中药治疗膝骨关节炎中的研究进展做一综述,探讨中药治疗膝骨关节炎中的应用进展及分子作用机制,以期为后续的相关研究提供借鉴。

With the increasing aging population in recent years, the incidence of knee osteoarthritis has also increased year by year, and it is a big problem in global public health now. Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis because of its multi-target and multi-pathway effects, but the specific molecular mechanism of action is not well defined at present. The high rate of information development of big data in recent years, the rise of network pharmacology provides new ideas and pathways for the study of traditional Chinese medicine, it is an effective way to analyze the study of traditional Chinese medicine components and action targets, and has been widely used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine research now. This article reviews the research progress of network pharmacology in knee osteoarthritis treated with traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years, to explore the application progress and molecular action mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, with a view to providing a reference for subsequent relevant studies.
