摘要
冰片作为我国传统药物之一,近些年受到国内外广泛关注。现代药理学研究证明,冰片对缺血性脑卒中具有确切的神经保护及修复作用,药理机制包括抗氧化应激、抗炎、抗程序性凋亡、保护血脑屏障、改善脑血流量、促神经发生和减轻神经毒性等,能够针对缺血性脑卒中不同病理生理环节发挥治疗作用。本文综合近期文献资料,通过对上述作用机制进行系统的梳理和总结,以期为冰片作为神经保护药物在脑卒中患者中的应用提供指导和理论依据。
As one of the traditional medicines, borneol has been widely concerned at home and abroad in recent years.Modern pharmacological studies have proved that borneol has definite neuroprotective and repair effects on ischemic stroke,and its pharmacological mechanisms include anti-oxidative stress, anti-inflammation, anti-programmed apoptosis, protection of blood-brain barrier, improvement of cerebral blood flow, promoting neurogenesis and reducing neurotoxicity, etc., which can play a therapeutic role in different pathophysiological links of ischemic stroke. Based on the recent literature, this paper systematically combed and summarized the above mechanism of action, in order to provide guidance and theoretical basis for the application of borneol as a neuroprotective drug in stroke patients.
