桂枝芍药知母汤治疗寒热错杂型类风湿性关节炎的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of Guizhi-Shaovao-Zhimu Decoction in the treatment of cold-heat mixed rheumatoid arthritis

目的:分析桂枝芍药知母汤治疗寒热错杂型类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月期间临沂市中心医院收治的寒热错杂型类风湿性关节炎患者102例,按照治疗方法将其平均分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组患者采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用桂枝芍药知母汤进行联合治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效及血清炎性因子水平进行分析比较。结果:治疗8周后,观察组患者的临床总有效率(92.16%)高于对照组(72.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者晨僵时长较对照组显著缩短、关节压痛和肿胀指数较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);观察组患者T N F-α、R F、C R P、E S R水平较对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:寒热错杂型类风湿性关节炎患者采用桂枝芍药知母汤治疗取得的临床效果显著,患者晨僵时长明显缩短,关节疼痛、肿胀等症状明显缓解,患者血清炎性因子水平明显下降,与常规西药治疗相比,其临床增效优势明显,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guizhi-Shaoyao-Zhimu Decoction(GSZD)in treating rheumatoid arthritis with mixed cold and heat syndrome.Methods A total of 102 patients with rheumatoid arthritis from March 2020 to March 2021 were enrolled in the study,the patients in the control group(51 cases)were treated with routine Western medicine,and the patients in the observation group(51 cases)were treated with Guizhi-Shaoyao-Zhimu Decoction combined with routine Western medicine,the clinical curative effect and the level of serum inflammatory factors were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.16%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(72.55%,P<0.05)Compared with the control group,the duration of morning stiffness,tenderness and swelling index in the observation group were significantly shortened(P<0.05),and the levels of TNF-α,RF,CRP and ESR in the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Guizhi-Shaoyao-Zhimu Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with mixed cold and heat syndrome is remarkable.The time of morning stiffness is obviously shortened,and the symptoms of joint pain and swelling are obviously relieved,the level of serum inflammatory factors in the patients is obviously decreased,and the clinical efficacy is obviously enhanced compared with the conventional Western medicine treatment,which is worth further promoting and applying.
