摘要
思想政治理论课作为高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,对研究生社会主义核心价值观的养成具有重要价值。然而长期以来,研究生思政课中明显存在学生隐性逃课行为。对此,虽有相关分析和研究,但都很少关注隐性逃课的内生机理。文章依据扎根理论,选取X校16名研究生进行深度访谈,构建研究生思政课隐性逃课的“意向-行为-经验”三角模型。结果发现:首先,研究生的态度、主观准则和行为控制知觉共同决定其隐性逃课意向;其次,个体囿于思考的有限理性会诱发隐性逃课行为;最后,经行为积累的经验会不断强化越轨行为的合理化认知,形成了隐性逃课的闭环机制。解决研究生思政课隐性逃课问题,需要提高思政课程含金量,敦促教师守正创新,优化课程环境与条件,引导研究生承担主体责任。
The ideological and political theory course is a key course for universities to implement the fundamental task of morality education,which is of great value to the cultivation of the Core Socialist Values of graduate students.However,for a long time,there has been an obvious phenomenon of recessive truancy in graduate students’ ideological and political courses.In this regard,although there have been relevant analysis and research,but little attention is paid to the endogenous mechanism of recessive truancy.Based on the grounded theory,this paper selects 16 graduate students from X University for in-depth interviews,and constructs a triangle model of "intention-behavior-experience" for analyzing graduate students’ recessive truancy in ideological and political courses.The study found that:Firstly,the attitude,subjective criterion and behavior control perception of graduate students jointly determine their implicit intention to play recessive truancy;Secondly,the limited rationality of individuals confined to thinking will promote recessive truancy;Finally,the experience accumulated through behavior will continuously strengthen the rational cognition of deviant behavior,forming a closed-loop mechanism of recessive truancy.To solve the problem of recessive truancy of graduate students in ideological and political courses,it is necessary to enhance the value of the ideological and political course,urge teachers to stick to the right path and be innovative,optimize the curriculum environment and conditions,and guide graduate students to assume the main responsibility.
