The Historical Evolution and Practical Experience of the Sinicization of Marx’s Theory of Urban-rural Relationship

本文阐述了马克思城乡关系理论的主要内容。考察了中国新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期、中国特色社会主义新时代党的领导核心对马克思城乡关系理论的创新与发展。从坚持以人民为中心的价值理念、在生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动中协调城乡关系、与时俱进地推进马克思城乡关系理论的创新、正确处理政府与市场的关系四个方面总结了马克思城乡关系理论中国化的实践经验。

The paper elaborates the main contents of Marx’s theory of urban-rural relationship. It examines how leading cores of the Party have innovated and developed the theory during the new-democratic revolution, the socialist revolution and construction, the new period of reform and opening-up and socialist modernization, and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The paper summarizes the practical experiences of the Sinicization of Marx’s theory of urban-rural relationship from four aspects: insisting on the people-centered value concept, coordinating the urban-rural relationship in the contradictory movement of productivity and production relations, advancing the innovation of Marx’s theory of urban-rural relationship with the times, and correctly handling the relationship between the government and the market.
