废植物油掺量和预润时间对泡沫再生RAP的影响

摘要 基于植物油再生老化沥青的理论创新提出预润工艺。为确定工艺中最佳废植物油掺量和预润时间,首先对废植物油再生老化沥青的物理性能、微观组成和微观形貌进行分析,确定出最佳预润时间,再通过泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性进一步确定了废植物油掺量。结果表明:相同废植物油掺量下预润60 min时,再生效果最好;在60 min预润时间作用下,随废植物油掺量增加泡沫沥青冷再生混合料路用性能不断改善,但是在8%掺量下相对7%掺量提高很少。综合沥青微观试验结果,确定出预润工艺的最佳废植物油为7%,最佳预润时间为60 min。 In this paper, based on the theoretical basis of vegetable oil recycled aging asphalt, the pre-wetting process is proposed. In order to determine the best waste vegetable oil content and pre-wetting time, the physical properties, micro-composition and micro-morphology of waste vegetable oil recycled aging asphalt are first analyzed to determine the best pre-wetting time. And then, the content is set by the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture. The results show that the regeneration effect is the best when the pre-wetting time is 60 min under the same amount of waste vegetable oil;Under the effect of 60 min pre-wetting time, the road performance of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture is continuously improved with the increase of waste vegetable oil content. But the increase of 8% content is relatively smaller than that of 7% content. According to the results of asphalt microscopic test, the optimal waste vegetable oil for pre-wetting process is 7% and the best pre-wetting time is 60 min.
