摘要 锂渣是一种工业废渣,急需进行资源化有效处理。通过试验分析抗压强度、干燥收缩和微观形貌,研究了大掺量锂渣取代水泥对混凝土性能的影响,并对比了其环境和经济效益。研究结果表明,掺入锂渣可以降低混凝土早期抗压强度,且其抗压强度增长率较高。其中,掺加40%锂渣的混凝土后期抗压强度高于基准组,掺加60%锂渣的混凝土抗压强度与基准组相近;锂渣降低了混凝土干燥收缩;掺加锂渣提高了混凝土的环境和经济效益,其中以掺加60%锂渣混凝土效益最优。 Lithium slag is a kind of industrial waste, which urgentlyneeds effectivelyresource treatment. By analysis of the compressivestrengths, drying shrinkage and micromorphology of concrete, the effect of high-volume lithium slag replacing cement on properties of concrete has been studied, the environmental and economic benefitshave also been compared. The results indicate that the utilization oflithium slag reduces the early compressive strengths of concrete and the growth ratesare greater. The later compressive strength of concrete with 40% lithium slag is greater than that of control concrete, and the one with 60% lithium slag is close to that of control concrete;Lithium slag reduces the drying shrinkage of concrete;The utilization of lithium slag increases the environmental and economic benefits of concrete. Concrete with 60% lithium slag shows the best benefits.
