摘要
以某地铁车站横通道注浆试验段为依托,阐述了在邻近地下管线渗漏严重、岩溶地质(断裂带、地下溶洞、溶槽),且富水软塑状红黏土地层中的地下分层注浆技术;总结了利用同孔多导管技术,实现浆液分层分区;提出地下注浆区域划分依据,并将裂隙发育、管线渗漏严重、邻近构(建)筑物等处划分为重点区域,其他为一般区域,在采取一系列技术措施后,成功实现了在保护既有渗漏的管线和邻近构筑物时,对岩溶红黏土不良地质的加固,效果很好,并在后期横通道剩余暗挖段和车站大断面暗挖中再次成功应用。该应用成果可为后期类似工程提供宝贵经验。
Based on the test section of grouting in the cross passage of a subway station,under the conditions of adjacent underground pipeline serious leakage,Karst Geology(fault zone,underground Karst cave,Karst Trough)and the soft plastic red clay stratum with rich water,the technology of layered grouting is described;The technique of multiple conduits with the same orifice is summarized to realize layering and zoning of the grout;The division basis of underground grouting area is put forward.The areas of crack development,pipelines with serious leakage and adjacent buildings are divided into the key areas and the others are the common areas.After taking a series of technical measures,the existing leaky pipelines and adjacent structures are protected and the poor geology of karst red clay are successfully reinforced.And the effects are well.It has been successfully applied to the remaining excavation section of the transverse passage and the large section excavation of the station in the later period.The application can provide valuable experience for similar projects in future.
