摘要
杭州地铁9号线四季青站折返线区间段隧道采用暗挖法施工,其中交叉渡线隧道采用无中立柱管节形式的类矩形顶管机施工,剩余平行渡线隧道采用有中立柱管片形式的类矩形盾构机施工。针对该工况,自主研制了盾构机与顶管机的转换装置,阐述了其结构组成以及工作原理,在实际施工中变形监测结果显示变形值在允许范围内,表明该转接装置安全可靠,可在类似隧道施工中应用。
The tunnel in the turn-back section of Sijiqing Station of Hangzhou Metro Line 9 is constructed by the concealed excavation method, in which the crossing crossover tunnel is constructed by the quasi-rectangular pipejacking machine without the middle column pipe joint, and the remaining parallel crossover tunnel is constructed by the quasi-rectangular shield machine with the middle column segment. Due to the condition, the conversion device of shield and pipe jacking is independently developed, whose structural composition and principle are elaborated.That the deformation value is within the allowable range by monitoring in actual construction shows the device safe and reliable, it can be applied in similar tunnel construction.
