抗凝冰微胶囊材料及复合微表处性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决冬季路面结冰对车辆行驶安全造成影响的问题,对研制的一种非氯环保型抗凝冰微胶囊材料进行研究,采用融冰能力试验和循环冰冻试验测试了抗凝冰微胶囊材料的抗凝冰效果,并将其与微表处技术相结合,通过海绵融冰试验、冰层黏附力试验以及微表处路用性能试验对复合微表处的性能进行研究。研究结果表明:(1)抗凝冰微胶囊材料具有显著的抗凝冰效果和缓释作用;(2)微表处稀浆混合料可拌和时间大于120 s,破乳时间约为10 min,符合微表处技术要求,抗凝冰微胶囊材料对微表处稀浆混合料的黏聚力和湿轮磨耗有一定的影响,但均满足规范要求;(3)抗凝冰微胶囊材料应用于微表处技术中,具有优异的低温融冰雪能力、可持续的缓释效果、优良的路用性能和环保性。 In order to solve the problem of vehicle driving safety caused by road icing in winter, a non-chlorine environment-friendly anti-condensation ice microcapsule material developed is studied in this paper. The anti freezing ice effect of the capsule was tested by ice-thaw capability and cyclic freeaing tests. Combining with the micro-surface technology, the performance of the composite micro-surface was studied by the sponge ice melting test, the ice layer adhesion test and the micro-surface road performance test. The research results show that the anti-coagulation ice microcapsule material has significant anti-coagulation ice effect and slow-release effect;The mixing time is more than 120 s, and the demulsification time is about 10 min, which meets the technical requirements of microsurface. The ice microcapsule material has a certain influence on the cohesion and wet wheel wear of the slurry mixture, but all meet the requirements of the specification. The anti-coagulation ice microcapsule material can be used by micro-surface technology and has excellent low-temperature ice and snow melting ability, sustainable slow-release effect, excellent road performance and environmental protection.
