应用BIM与多维数值模拟优化推流式消毒池设计及运行改造

Optimization of the Design and Operation Transformation of Push-flow Disinfection Tank by BIM and Multidimensional Numerical Simulation

随着经济的发展,水源污染日趋严重,净水厂以及再生水厂中消毒工艺日益重要。以提高设计及运行中的推流式消毒池消毒效率为目标,在不改变水池廊道布置形式的前提下采用4种措施对进出水管布置受限的水池进行不同视图方向、不同过水断面、不同加药方式的数值模拟。研究表明,进水堰顶以上水体的水力流态不如进水堰顶以下水体的水力流态;在满足调蓄容积的前提下选择合适的池底清扫坡度方向和大小可极大地优化水体流态;优化后的水池模型更接近于纵向分散模型,而不是理想的推流模型,加药宜在堰后进行水体投加,消毒效率可提高11%。在日益严格的供水安全要求下,该研究不仅可为工程设计阶段提供参考并且可为现有水厂改造提供指导建议。

With the economy development, the pollution of water sources is more and more serious and the disinfection process is becoming more and more important in water purification plants and reclaimed water plants. In order to improve the disinfection efficiency of the push-flow disinfection tank which is designed and in service, four measures are adopted to simulate different view directions, different water passages and and different dosing methods for clean water pools with limited arrangement of inlet and outlet pipes without changing the layout of water pool corridors.Studies show that the hydraulic flow regime of the water above the weir is not as good as that of the water below the weir;When the adjustment and storage volume is satisfied, that selection of the appropriate slope direction and size of the bottom cleaning will greatly optimize the water flow state;The optimized clearwells model is closer to the longitudinal dispersion model than the ideal push-flow model. In the optimized model, the disinfectant should be added after the weir, and the disinfection efficiency is increased by 11%. Under the increasing demand for water supply safety, this paper can not only provide reference for engineering design stage but also provide guidance and suggestions for the reconstruction of existing water plants.
