摘要
文章针对质量领域在信息化建设过程中出现的人工和传统自动采集问题,设计了一种多终端异构数据融合采集系统。首先,对现有自动采集方式所产生的报文进行分析并设计出一套可配置式算法,将数据库或文档数据转换成兼容报文形成客户端;接着,设计一套配置式算法对报文进行解析并采集报文中关键信息形成服务端;然后,服务端对采集的数据进行求平均值和超差计算等操作后将数据上报至检化验系统;最后,通过检化验平台或WEB平台可查阅相关采集结果,为数字化、廉政化等管理提供有效手段。实验表明,使用该系统能将炼铁事业部、科技质量部原辅料分析设备数据采集量由5%提升至99%,数据录入的错误率降低至为0。
In order to solve the problem of manual data collection and traditional automatic collection in the process of information construction in the quality field,a multi-terminal heterogeneous data fusion collection system is designed in this paper.Firstly,the messages generated by the existing automatic collection method are analyzed and a set of configu-rable algorithm is designed.This algorithm converts database or document data into compatible messages to form a client.Secondly,a set of configuration algorithm is designed to analyze the message and collect the key information in the mes-sage to form a server.Thirdly,the server performs some operations such as averaging and variance calculation of the col-lected data,and then reports the data to the inspection and laboratory system.Finally,relevant collection results can be accessed through the inspection and laboratory platform or WEB platform,providing effective means for digitalization,integrity and other management.Experiments show that the use of this system can increase the data collection volume of raw and auxiliary material analysis equipment of the Iron-making Business Division and the Science and Technology Quality Department from 5%to 99%,and reduce the error rate of data entry to 0.
