微信公众号在地震政务信息服务中的应用研究

RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF WECHAT PUBLIC ACCOUNT IN EARTHQUAKE GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SERVICE

通过对微信公众平台信息发布情况,以及相关数据的收集和整理,分析了微信公众平台的推广应用情况,详细阐述了微信公众号信息推送内容、种类以及阅读转发等情况,分析表明用户关注度较高的热点信息主要有地震速报、地震目录和震情灾情类信息。同时运用PEARSON相关系数研究发现文章阅读量与转发分享量存在正相关关系,而阅读量与文章数量不存在相关性。并就研究结论提出应重视地震速报和灾情信息推送、创新信息发布内容和形式等发展建议。

The situation of the promotion and application of the WeChat public platform was analyzed through the release of information on the WeChat public platform,along with the collection and collation of relevant data.The analysis shows that the hot information that users pay more attention to be mainly the earthquake flashes to report,earthquake directory and earthquake disaster information.At the same time,using Pearson correlation coefficient,we found that there is a positive correlation between the number of articles read and the number of retweets and shares,while there is no correlation between the number of reading and the number of articles.It also proposed development suggestions of the study’s conclusion that emphasis should be placed on earthquake quick reports and disaster information pushing,and innovative information release content and form.
