新型装配式剪力墙摩擦抗剪机理

Friction and shear resistance mechanism of a new prefabricated shear wall

摘要 为解决典型装配式剪力墙破坏及耗能较差的问题,提出一种“螺栓-U型槽钢”摩擦型水平连接装置,将其与钢筋混凝土剪力墙集成,构成新型装配式剪力墙。在已有新型装配式剪力墙抗震性能试验的基础上,采用有限元软件ANSYS研究该水平连接装置的摩擦抗剪机理。通过参数分析方法,并基于库仑摩擦定律推导建立了摩擦抗剪承载力计算公式。结果表明,“螺栓-U型槽钢”摩擦型水平连接装置的摩擦抗剪机制明确,剪力在水平连接处的传力路径表现为螺杆与U型槽钢弧形螺孔之间的接触与分离状态;所建摩擦抗剪承载力计算公式计算精度良好,计算结果与试验结果最大误差仅为3.04%。 To solve the problems of poor failure mode and energy consumption of typical prefabricated shear walls, a type of friction horizontal connection device using bolt-U-steel connectors was proposed. The horizontal connection device was integrated with reinforced concrete shear walls to form a new prefabricated shear wall. Based on the previous experimental results of prefabricated shear wall seismic performance tests, the friction shear mechanism of the horizontal connection device was explored by using the finite element software ANSYS. Through parameter analysis method and on the basis of Coulomb friction law, the calculation formula of friction shear capacity was established. The results showed that the friction and shear resistance mechanism of the horizontal connection device using bolt-U-steel connectors was clear. The shear transfer path at the horizontal connection device was manifested as the contact and separation state between the screw and the U-steel arc bolt hole. The calculation accuracy of the friction shear capacity formula was good, and the maximum error between the calculated value and tested value was only 3.04%.
