摘要
钕铁硼二次废渣是钕铁硼烧结废料回收稀土后产生的工业废渣,年产量超过数万吨,是稀土磁性材料工业固体废弃物的最大单一排放源。钕铁硼二次废渣主要成分为Fe2O_(3),长期大量堆存不但占用土地资源,还引发污染环境问题。因此,对二次废渣的综合开发和高效利用可降低对环境的危害,减轻生产企业的环保压力,同时,还能提升经济效益。针对钕铁硼二次废料的物相及化学成分特点,阐述了利用钕铁硼二次废渣提铁,以及制备铁系产物的基本原理,并对制备路径进行了分析,以期为钕铁硼二次废渣的综合利用提供新思路。
NdFeB secondary waste slag is the solid residue of sintered NdFeB magnetic materials after recycling rare-earth elements.It is the major single source of solid waste with an annual output of more than tens of thousands of tons,discharged by the rare earth magnetic materials industry.Massive amounts of NdFeB secondary waste slag,mainly composed of Fe2O_(3),will occupy large amounts of land and contaminate the environment with long-term deposition.Hence,the comprehensive development and efficient utilization of secondary waste can not only relieve the pressure of environmental protection of enterprises with lower environmental risks but also bring enormously economic benefits.Herein,based on the phase and chemical constitution of NdFeB secondary waste,the mechanism of Fe extraction and further preparation of iron products was proposed,and the preparation pathway of iron products was analyzed.This article will hopefully shed new light on the comprehensive utilization of NdFeB secondary waste。
