摘要
某核电站为了延长300 MW机组的使用寿命,在Q1-OT-118大修期间对发电机和励磁系统进行了改造,由原三机静止硅整流励磁方式改为自并励励磁方式,将原有的UNITROL F系列励磁调节器改为UNITROL 6800系列励磁调节器。通过对改造前后励磁系统的差异、调试过程、改造后性能的提升等进行分析,验证了更新后的励磁系统设备降低了系统的复杂性,方便了设备的维护,同时也提高了机组运行的稳定性。
In order to prolong the service life of 300 MW units in QinshanNuclear Power Plant,the generator and excitation system were reformed during the overhaul of Q1-OT-118.The original three-engine static silicon rectifier excitation mode was changed to self-shingling excitation mode,and the original UNITROL F series excitation regulator was changed to UNITROL 6800 series excitation regulator.Through the analysis of the difference of the excitation system before and after the reform,the debugging process and the improvement of the performance after the reform,it is verified that the updated excitation system equipment reduces the complexity of the system,facilitates the maintenance of the equipment,and improves the stability of the unit operation.
