考虑高渗透率逆变型分布式电源并网控制

摘要 针对高渗透率下逆变型分布式电源并网能够对电网具有电压和频率支撑的问题,提出一种基于偏移度分区的逆变型分布式电源并网控制策略。首先,计算系统频率和电压的偏移度,并根据偏移度将系统分为9个区域,当系统处于不同区域时,改变逆变型分布式电源的功率输出模式,通过采用不同的控制方法,使分布式电源自主参与电网电压和频率调整;其次,对于系统频率和电压的细微波动等原因而发生的频繁切换问题,采用增加切换裕度来避免各运行模式之间的频繁切换;最后,利用MATLAB进行仿真,验证了该控制策略的正确性及模式间切换控制的有效性。 In order to solve the problem of voltage and frequency support for grid connection of inverse distributed generation under high penetration,a grid connection control strategy of inverse distributed generation based on offset partition is proposed.The power system is divided into nine regions according to the calculated frequency and voltage offset.When the system is in different regions,the inverter type distributed generation uses different control methods to change the power output mode,so that the distributed generation can participate in the voltage and frequency adjustment of the grid independently.In order to solve the problem of frequent switching caused by the slight fluctuation of system frequency and voltage,increasing the switching margin is used to avoid frequent switching between operation modes.The correctness of the control strategy and the effectiveness of the inter mode switching control are verified by MATLAB simulation.
