电力市场环境下辅助服务问题研究综述

Summary of Research on Ancillary Services in Electricity Market

当前,我国电力辅助服务市场发展仍处于初级阶段,产品类型及交易模式还不健全。在“十四五”规划提出“双碳”的目标下,电力市场对辅助服务的需求趋于上升态势,因而对辅助服务市场规则的设计也需要在原有基础上进行优化及创新。如何构建完善的电力市场辅助服务机制已成为电力市场领域的热点,从电力辅助服务类型、多元化市场主体参与、辅助服务交易模式3个方面对近年来的研究进行了论述,对一些方法和观点作了简要的分析与比较,并针对上述3个方面在电力辅助服务市场的发展方向进行了展望。

At present,the development of China’s electric power auxiliary service market is still in the primary stage,and the product types and transaction modes are not perfect.Under the target of "double carbon" proposed in the 14th Five Year Plan,the demand for auxiliary services in the power market tends to rise,so the design of auxiliary service market rules also needs to be optimized and innovated on the original basis.How to build a perfect auxiliary service mechanism of the power market has become a hot spot in the field of the power market.This paper discusses the recent research from three aspects,the type of auxiliary service,the participation of diversified market players,and the transaction mode of auxiliary service.Some methods and views are briefly analyzed and compared,and the development direction of the above three aspects in the auxiliary service market is prospected in the conclusion part.
