Structure of A New-type Fully Insulated Isolating Switch

为延长隔离开关使用寿命,保证供电可靠性并且提高线路健康水平,设计了一种新型全绝缘隔离开关,由绝缘子、刀板、静触头、接线端子、绝缘护套和绝缘罩组成。新型全绝缘隔离开关在原有隔离开关的基础上加装绝缘护套和绝缘罩,使隔离开关导电部分不外露,达到全绝缘效果,提高了安全性。为了使全绝缘隔离开关紧密贴合,现场实际采用玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂作为高分子绝缘材料。整体采用V形绝缘子设计,并加装U形凹槽设计绝缘罩,采用独特的接线方式。通过对现有配件和设备的改造,全绝缘隔离开关具有了体积小、重量轻、不易破损、安装方便、使用寿命长、供电可靠性高等特点,在高压供电领域具有广泛的应用前景。

In order to prolong the service life of the isolating switch,ensure the reliability of power supply and improve the health level of the line,a new type of fully insulated isolating switch is designed.Its structure is composed of insulator,blade,static contact,terminals,insulating sheath and insulating cover.The new fully insulated isolating switch is equipped with an insulating sheath and an insulating cover on the basis of the original isolating switch,so that the conductive part of the isolating switch is not exposed,achieving the effect of full insulation and improving the safety.In order to make the fully insulated isolating switch closely fit the actual scene,glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin is used as the polymer insulating material.The V-shaped insulator design is adopted as a whole,and the U-shaped groove design insulation cover is installed to adopt a unique wiring method.Through the transformation of existing accessories and equipment,the fully insulated isolating switch has the characteristics of small size,light weight,not easy to break,easy installation,long service life,high power supply reliability,and has a wide application prospect in the field of high-voltage power supply.
