摘要
通过对辅助材料的优选实验,得到有利于降低G级油井水泥游离液的最优材料海泡石及掺比。按照最优掺比进行大磨实验,降低G级油井水泥游离液≤3.5%,流动度≥160 mm,且其他性能指标满足国家标准的要求。
Through the optimization experiment of auxiliary materials,the best material sepiolite and its mixing ratio that is conducive to reducing the free liquid of grade G oil well cement are obtained.Carry out big grinding test according to the optimal mixing ratio,reduce the free liquid of Grade G oil well cement ≤ 3.5%,the fluidity ≥ 160 mm,and other performance indicators meet the requirements of national standards.
