一种水泥窑协同处置浆渣投加系统技术实践

摘要 华北区域某水泥窑协同处置固危废企业通过在三次风管浆渣落料点处增设无轴螺旋输送机,强化了由柱塞泵泵入的成股物料打散效果。该方案在不改变原有浆渣系统工艺路线前提下,通过三次风管浆渣落料点增加无轴螺旋输送机,起到浆渣物料入三次风管前重力缓冲和打散作用,并通过螺旋输送机的搅拌作用,将浆渣管道落料点原本成股成团的物料一定程度上摊薄,达到“薄料快烧”的工艺目的,进一步增强了浆渣系统和窑系统匹配。同时,浆渣热值控制范围也逐步由7 534~9 627 kJ提高到11 302~13 813 kJ,提高了浆渣投加系统的经济效益。实践证明,浆渣通过螺旋输送机打散后落料稳定,三次风管内落料点积料较少,窑工况波动小且分解炉节煤效果明显。 A cement kiln in North China for collaborative disposal of solid and hazardous wastes has strengthened the dispersion effect of the strands of materials pumped by the plunger pump by adding a shaftless screw conveyor at the slurry residue blanking point of the tertiary air duct.Under the premise of not changing the original process route of the pulp and slag system,the shaftless screw conveyor is added at the pulp and slag blanking point of the tertiary air duct to play the role of gravity buffering and dispersing before the pulp and slag materials enter the tertiary air duct,and the materials originally formed into strands and clusters at the pulp and slag pipe blanking point are thinned to a certain extent through the stirring role of the screw conveyor,so as to achieve the process goal of "thin material burning fast",The matching between slurry system and kiln system is further enhanced.At the same time,the control range of slurry slag calorific value is gradually increased from 7 534~9 627 kJ to 11 302~13 813 kJ,which improves the economic benefits of the slurry slag dosing system.The practice has proved that the slurry slag is stable after being dispersed by the screw conveyor,there is less material accumulation at the blanking point in the tertiary air duct,the kiln working condition fluctuation is small,and the coal saving effect of the calciner is obvious.
