一次改善生料易烧性的尝试

摘要 葛洲坝钟祥水泥有限公司1#窑规格为Φ4.8m×74m,由于矿山石灰石氧化钙含量偏低、尾渣、氧化镁、碱含量偏高,投产运行多年来,熟料质量受影响较大,经过多次生料易烧性检测,生料的易烧性较差,熟料游离氧化钙煅烧较困难,公司技术人员搜寻周边磷化工企业的尾渣,通过计量后配入生料入窑煅烧,大大改善生料的易烧性,提高熟料游离氧化钙合格率,提高熟料的28d抗压强度2MPa,降低P·O42.5水泥熟料掺入比例5%。 The specification of#1 kiln of Gezhouba Zhongxiang Cement Co.,Ltd.is Φ 4.8 m × 74 m,due to the low calcium oxide con-tent of limestone in the mine and the high content of tailings,magnesium oxide and alkali,the clinker quality has been greatly affectedsince it was put into operation for many years.After many times of raw meal burnability testing,the raw meal’s burnability is poor,andit is difficult to calcine the free calcium oxide of clinker.The company’s technicians have greatly improved the burnability of raw mealby searching for the tailings of surrounding phosphorus chemical enterprises and adding raw meal into the kiln for calcination after mea-surement,Increase the qualified rate of free calcium oxide of clinker,increase the 28 d compressive strength of clinker by 2 MPa,andreduce the proportion of P·O42.5 cement clinker by 5%.
