摘要
在天然砂资源有限和环保大环境下,机制砂高性能混凝土已经普遍应用。笔者就机制砂中石粉含量对硫铝酸盐水泥基高性能混凝土耐久性能影响进行研究,主要研究不同石粉含量对硫铝酸盐水泥基混凝土耐久性能(抗冻性和抗渗性等性能)的影响。研究表明:随着机制砂中石粉含量的增加,其硫铝酸盐水泥基高性能混凝土抗冻性能逐渐增强,且掺量越高增强越明显;其硫铝酸盐水泥基高性能混凝土抗渗性能逐渐提高,且掺量越高提高越明显。
With the limited resources of natural sand and environmental protection environment,mechanical sand high-performance concrete has been widely used.The author studied the effect of stone powder content in mechanical sand on the durability of aluminate cementitious high-performance concrete,mainly studying the effect of different stone powder content on the durability of aluminate cementitious concrete(frost resistance and impermeability).The results show that with the increase of stone powder content in mechanical sand,the frost resistance of aluminum sulfate cementitious high-performance concrete is gradually enhanced,and the higher the dosage,the more obvious the reinforcement;The impermeability of aluminum sulfate cementitious high-performance concrete gradually improves,and the higher the dosage,the more obvious it is.
