职业启蒙教育融入家庭教育现状研究

On Current Situation of Integrating Vocational Enlightenment Education into Family Education

摘要 我国职业启蒙教育起步较晚,导致孩子没有职业选择意识和能力,到了高考填报志愿时职业方向和目标仍不清晰,进而影响大学阶段的学习和职业生涯规划。为了解青少年接受职业启蒙教育的现状,采用问卷调查法对279名不同学段的学生家长进行了调研,结果显示,家庭教育中的职业启蒙尚未得到足够重视。为了让青少年及早接受职业启蒙教育,提出发挥政府政策引领作用、家长转变传统的教育和择业观念、将职业启蒙教育充分融入家庭教育三个方面建议,帮助青少年树立正确的职业理想。 China’s vocational enlightenment education started late,which led to children’s lack of awareness and ability of career choice,and the career direction and goal were still unclear when they filled in the college entrance examination,thus affecting the study and career planning at the university stage.In order to understand the current situation of teenagers receiving vocational enlightenment education,279 parents of students from different grades were investigated by questionnaire.The results showed that vocational enlightenment in family education has not been paid enough attention.In order to enable young people to receive vocational enlightenment education as soon as possible,three suggestions are put forward to help young people establish correct career ideals by giving full play to the leading role of government policies,changing the traditional concept of education and career selection,and fully integrating vocational enlightenment education into family education.
