劳模精神融入高校思政课教学探析

劳模精神是中华民族推进伟大复兴进程中形成的宝贵精神财富,是中国精神不可缺少的重要组成部分。习近平总书记阐明劳模精神的内涵是爱岗敬业、争创一流,艰苦奋斗、勇于创新,淡泊名利、甘于奉献。将劳模精神融入高校思政课教学有助于落实高校立德树人根本任务,进一步推动高校思政课建设创新化发展,是培育大学生形成正确劳动价值观的必由之路。高校应抓住教育契机,将理论教学与实践课程结合、专题教学与案例镶嵌结合、“思政小课堂”与“社会大课堂”结合,实现劳模精神与高校思政课教学的深度融合。

The spirit of model workers is the precious spiritual wealth formed in the process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and is an indispensable and important part of the Chinese spirit.Integrating the spirit of model workers into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities will help to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities,further promote the innovative development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which is the only way to cultivate students to form correct labor values.Colleges and universities should seize the educational opportunity to combine theoretical teaching with practical courses,thematic teaching with case inlay,and“small ideological and political class”with“big social class”,so as to realize the deep integration of model worker spirit and ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities.
