摘要
目的探讨单核细胞与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)比值(MHR)与超急性期缺血性卒中(IS)之间的相关性。方法纳入超急性期IS患者123例为观察组,非脑卒中患者83例为对照组。采用Logistic回归分析MHR与超急性期IS之间的相关性。结果观察组MHR水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。分析结果显示,校正混杂因素后,MHR是超急性期IS发生的独立危险因素(P=0.013)。此外,将MHR分为4个等级,MHR3级和4级的患者发生超急性期IS的风险显著高于MHR1级的患者(P=0.039;P=0.035)。结论MHR的增加与较高的超急性期IS发生风险独立相关。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between monocyte to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)ratio(MIR)and hyperacute ischemic stroke(IS).Methods:123 patients with hyperacute TS were included as the observation group,and 83 patients without stroke were included as the control group.Logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between MHR and hyperacute TS.Results:The MHR level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The analysis results showed that after adjusting for confounding factors,MHR was an independent risk factor for the occurrence of hyperacute TS(P-0013).In addition,MHR was divided into four grades.The risk of hyperacute TS in patients with MHR3 and 4 satin was significantly higher than that in patients with M/HR1(P0.039;P-0.035).Conclusion:The increase of MHR is independently related to the higher risk of IS in hyperacute phase.
