广西山茶果脱蒲技术的研究现状及对策

The Present Research Status and Strategy Exploration of the Skinning Exocarp Technology for Camellia Fruit in Guangxi

自油茶“双千”计划实施以来,广西山茶基地规模不断壮大,山茶油年产量逐年递增,对应的油茶产业链也随之快速发展。为解决传统茶油提取过程严重缺乏规模合适且自动化、智能化的脱蒲装备及技术,容易导致油茶籽霉烂、腐化变质,影响后续茶油质量,造成油茶原材料浪费的问题,课题组详细阐述了广西山茶果脱蒲技术的发展现状,梳理了山茶果脱蒲技术及其设备存在的关键问题,提出了广西山茶果脱蒲技术发展的对策与建议,以期对广西油茶产业的发展产生良好的推动作用,促进乡村全面振兴。

Since the implementation of the Camellia oleifera “Double Thousand” plan, the scale of the Camellia oleifera base in Guangxi has been growing, the annual output of Camellia oleifera oil has increased year by year, and the corresponding Camellia oleifera industry chain has also developed rapidly. In order to solve the problem that the traditional camellia oil extraction process is seriously lack of automatic and intelligent equipment and technology for removing cattail with appropriate scale, which is easy to lead to the mildew and deterioration of camellia oil seeds, affect the quality of subsequent camellia oil, and cause the waste of raw materials of camellia oil, the research team elaborated the development status of the technology for removing cattail from camellia fruit in Guangxi, and sorted out the key problems of the technology and equipment for removing cattail from camellia fruit. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the technology of removing cattail from camellia fruit in Guangxi were put forward in order to play a good role in promoting the development of camellia oleifera industry in Guangxi and promote the overall revitalization of the countryside.
