区域视角下机器人专业“产-科-教”一体化建设 被引量:1

摘要 地方普通高校与当地产业的结合程度往往反映了区域经济的发展现状,高校的教学和科研建设都要为地方经济发展服务,因此将高校的人才培养、科研发展与企业发展有机结合十分重要。随着珠海市“产业第一”系列举措的推出,对当地高校的内涵式建设提出了新的要求。为了提升高校在粤港澳大湾区产业发展中人才输出的质量,进而促进产业发展对高校的反哺,构建产业、科研与教学协同发展的桥梁,课题组瞄准智能制造这一粤港澳大湾区的主要产业类型,以智能制造领域的核心专业机器人工程为落脚点,对其培养环节中的核心课程“工业机器人”进行了“产-科-教”一体化建设的思路探索和改革举措实施,提出了“平台共建、资源共享、成果共用、制度保障”的核心思想,从科研成果、方法、项目和设备这四个角度进行具体建设。教学实践表明:此次改革在人才培养、教学内容提升、科研平台建设、学科竞赛等方面均取得了良好的成效,促进了产业高校协同发展背景下的人才队伍建设,为粤港澳大湾区地方普通高校工科专业与区域产业的有机融合提供了参考。 The degree of integration of local ordinary colleges and universities with local industries often reflects the current situation of regional economic development. The teaching and scientific research construction of colleges and universities should serve the local economic development. Therefore, it is very important to organically combine the talent training, scientific research development and enterprise development of colleges and universities. With the launch of the “industry first” series of measures in Zhuhai, new requirements have been put forward for the connotative construction of local colleges and universities. In order to improve the quality of talent output of colleges and universities in the industrial development of Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Bay Area, further promote the feedback of industrial development to colleges and universities, and build a bridge for the coordinated development of industry, scientific research and teaching, the research team aims at intelligent manufacturing, the main industrial type of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, and takes the core professional robot engineering in the field of intelligent manufacturing as the foothold. The idea of the integration construction of industry, science and education was explored and the reform measures were carried out for the core course “industrial robot” in its training link. The core idea of “platform coconstruction, resource sharing, achievement sharing and system guarantee” was put forward, and the concrete construction was carried out from the four aspects of scientific research achievements, methods, projects and equipment. The teaching practice shows that this reform has achieved good results in talent cultivation, teaching content improvement, scientific research platform construction, discipline competition, etc., promoted the talent team construction under the background of the coordinated development of industries and universities, and provided a reference for the organic integration of engineering majors and regional industries in local ordinary colleges and universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.
