混合型肝细胞癌-胆管癌的临床病理学特征及研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 混合型肝细胞癌-胆管癌(combined hepatocellular carcinoma and cholangiocarcinoma, cHCC-CCA)是在同一肿瘤中形态学上既有肝细胞又有胆管细胞分化表型的原发性肝癌,其独特的生物学、组织学和免疫表型给诊断、治疗和研究等诸方面均带来了挑战。WHO(2019)消化系统肿瘤分类使cHCC-CCA的术语和分类更加清晰,该文就cHCC-CCA的命名与更新、细胞起源、临床及病理学特征、分子病理学研究进展等进行综述,旨在提高临床与病理医师对cHCC-CCA的认识水平。
