Network Embedment and Financial Performance of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises: Bohao Company as an Example

2019年末,加工型龙头企业在农业龙头企业数量中占比为40%,但有超过50%的企业处于亏损状态。以国家级农业产业化龙头加工型企业博浩公司为例,试图构建网络嵌入对企业财务绩效影响机理的理论模型。研究发现,网络嵌入对企业财务绩效具有促进作用,其作用的机制是通过非研发创新和商业生态系统重构实现。此结论为改进企业财务绩效提供了理论支撑和实际指导。

In the end of 2019,the number of leading agricultural processing enterprises accounted for 40 percent of leading agricultural enterprises,and more than 50 per cent of these enterprises were in deficit.This article takes the Bohao company,a national leading agricultural processing enterprise,as an example to build a theoretical model for the network embedment and financial performance of enterprises.It finds that network embedment facilitates the financial performance of enterprises through non-R&D innovation and the reconstruction of business ecosystem,and this finding provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the improvement of financial performance of enterprises.
