摘要 以山西省某供水泵站实验室为依托,对离心泵供水泵站自动化系统在不同工况下的变频运行进行研究对比。以Visual Basic 6.0作为开发语言,开发了水泵变频调节稳态运行的数值模型,将数值模拟结果与自动化系统采集到的实测数据加以对比,分析两者差异,进一步为实际工程运用提供可靠的运行建议。 Based on the laboratory of a water supply pump station in Shanxi Province,this paper studies and compares the frequency conversion operation of the automation system of centrifugal pump in water supply pumping station under different working conditions. Using Visual Basic 6.0 as the development language,a numerical model for steady state operation of variable frequency regulation of water pumps was developed. The numerical simulation results and the measured data collected by the automation system were compared,and the difference were analyzed. The research results could provide reliable operation suggestions for practical engineering application.
